Primal Scream, nothing can keep them down. A 30 year psychedelic drug-infused career, the rock-pop infusion of funky bass, tribal percussion, ripping guitar lines with drowsy end-of-party-coming-down rhythms marked by lead singer’s Bobby Gillespie’s powerful vocals, the band is a testimony to longevity.

Their new album More Light has been released recently. Receiving generally good reviews from the critics – but who listens to them guys anyway – the album is my pick for what should be drowning out your speakers.
